Tilli joined Greylock in 2006. Prior to joining Greylock, Tilli was a Project Manager at Emblaze Systems, where she managed the development, implementation and deployment of video streaming solutions for key European mobile operators.

Previously, Tilli was the manager of the Technical training department at VocalTec Communications, where she was responsible for the training of leading Telecommunications companies worldwide on VoIP technologies.

Tilli has also worked in the area of marketing for Educational software systems, and completed an internship at The Mathworks.

Tilli holds an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management, and a BA in Psychology, Cum Laude, from Hebrew University.
