Principal

Donald joined Greylock in 2008. His areas of focus include enterprise software, online services, open source software, utility and cloud computing, and clean technology.

Before Greylock, Donald was Vice President and General Manager of Online Services at Red Hat, where he oversaw new product launches including the Red Hat Exchange marketplace and a joint web scale computing initiative with Amazon Web Services. Prior to that, he led product management for Red Hat’s flagship Enterprise Linux product line, the market leading commercial open source operating system. Previously, Donald was in consulting and development roles at search pioneer Inktomi (now Yahoo!) and Oracle.

Donald holds a BS in Economics and Computer Science from Yale University, and an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University.
