Associate

Ben joined Greylock in 2008. Prior to Greylock, Ben was a Senior Associate at Opera Solutions, a boutique management consulting firm based in New York, where he led new product development and cost optimization projects at credit card and insurance firms in the U.S. and Europe. Additionally, Ben led recruiting and training initiatives for the firm, helping to grow the team from 30 to over 300 consultants in four major offices globally.

Previously, Ben was an Associate at MMG Partners, a financial consulting firm in New York, where he helped plan the system architecture and marketing efforts of a security exchange in the UAE, assisted in building new product lines at two global market data firms and supported cost optimization at two bulge bracket investment banks.

Ben holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a BSc in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
