VP of Talent
Kristin joined Greylock as Vice President of Talent in 2013 where she works closely with executive search firms and the firm’s portfolio companies to recruit top executive talent.
Prior to joining Greylock, Kristin was a Consultant at Spencer Stuart where she was a member of their Technology, Communications & Media and Board Services practices. While at Spencer Stuart, she specialized in the media industry, with a particular focus in digital and consumer Internet CEO and general manager searches for growth stage technology companies. Previously, Kristin served in various leadership roles within the firm including Associate Director for the West Coast, Associate Practice Leader for the Technology Practice and Associate Director for the Silicon Valley Office.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Kristin spent four years as director of executive recruiting at Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity investment firm founded by venture capital firm Accel Partners and private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and Co. While at Accel-KKR, she focused on building the senior management teams of the firm’s portfolio companies, designed executive compensation and equity structures, and recruited portfolio company board members.
Kristin worked for Spencer Stuart earlier in her career, spending three years in the Menlo Park and San Mateo offices focusing on senior level executive and board searches in software and communications, as well as partner searches for private equity and venture capital firms.
Kristin received her B.A. from the University of California, Davis.
